House Notes

Enjoy your stay.

A beautiful candle deserves a beautiful burn. These house notes are designed to help every Suite 9/14™ candle perform at its best.

Final size-specific instructions and verified burn times will be published after full production burn testing.
Trim before lighting.Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before every burn.
Give the wax time.Allow the wax surface to melt evenly during each burn and avoid very short burn sessions.
Keep the stay comfortable. As a general guide, do not burn a candle longer than about four hours at one time. Keep it away from drafts.
Know when to check out.Stop use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains in the vessel.

Before every burn

Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Keep the wax free of wick trimmings, matches, and debris. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, curtains, bedding, paper, and other flammable materials.

During the burn

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Avoid moving the candle while the wax is liquid or the vessel is hot. If the flame becomes unusually large, smoky, or unstable, extinguish the candle and allow it to cool before trimming and relighting.

Inside every box

Every candle is planned to include a dedicated ENJOY YOUR STAY. care card so the guidance travels with the product without crowding the welcome experience.
